What we collect

When you book a delivery, we collect the phone number, name, pickup and drop-off details, and the recipient details you provide. When you register interest in the network, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, the audience you select, and any note you add.

Why we use it

To arrange and deliver your parcel, to contact you about your delivery, and — where you have asked us to — to follow up on your interest in working with SAMJOX. We do not sell your details.

Consent

The network-interest form asks for your consent before you submit it. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; we will stop using your details for that purpose.

How long we keep it

Order and delivery records are kept for the period described in our retention policy (currently about 24 months). Delivery photos are kept for about 90 days. Network-interest details are kept while the enquiry is open and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us using the details in the footer and we will respond within a reasonable time.
